Hey guys, welcome back and happy Tuesday! Welcome back to the Up and Adam Channel 2. I know I’ve said this on a couple of other videos, I’m mustering up my energy and everything. I wanted to definitely work today; I didn’t want to take any time off.

Obviously, yesterday was really sad news and I shared that with you guys. It’s one of our Adam’s family members, but sending all of the love to Maray and her family. I am going to be posting in the community tab a way that we can help her family through this really hard time. Yeah, this is terrible, but we’re still going to keep going and we’re still going to keep supporting each other. We’re still going to figure out ways that we can help one another because if that’s not what we’re doing, then what are we doing?

Now, with that, we’re back to talk about the Klies and also the Ziac Bearman crew. So, before we jump in, smash that like button! If you’re not subscribed, get subscribed. Don’t forget to hit that notification bell and let’s jump right in!

Alright guys, so we are starting with this… Oh God, a huge thank you to Reality Blurb. According to a report, Ally Bank (or Ali Bank, one of the two) requested that a sheriff take possession of Brielle Beerman’s Land Rover after missed payments. Meanwhile, her mom Kim Zolciak and her stepdad Kroy Biermann reportedly must pay for a parent fitness evaluator.

Jesus, now the Don’t Be Tardy exes are divorcing amid financial difficulties. In November, one of the children called the cops to stop a tense argument between Kim and Kroy. Cops were also called to the home on two prior occasions, which we’ve talked about. Like, I feel like it’s been like 10. RadarOnline.com obtained court documents showing that Ally Bank asked a judge to approve a turnover order, which would allow a local sheriff to take possession of Brielle’s Land Rover. The outlet previously reported that the bank sued Kim and Brielle for defaulting on their installment agreement.

Defendants have defaulted on their obligations under their contract as of May 31st, 2023. Defendants are indebted to Ally in the sum of $83,969.35 on the contract. The lawsuit alleged that the mother and daughter agreed to fork over $1,193 a month for the vehicle. Now, Ally claimed it could seize the car due to the default and in the middle of January, Ally Bank told the court it served Brielle and Kim the legal paperwork. The two family members have not filed a response.

Around the same time, TMZ also obtained court documents which showed that a parent fitness evaluator was appointed to Kim and Kroy to monitor them with their four minor kids. The evaluator will reportedly interview both the parents and children, visit the home, observe the family, probably go to school, and consult with professionals who worked with their family before. The evaluator has the authority to investigate any part of the case and can therefore inspect all records, including from the children’s school, medical providers, hospital, the police, the Department of Family and Children’s Services, and anywhere else related to the family. In addition, the evaluator can make copies of any records they access, and Kim and Kroy will have to pay $2,500 each for the evaluator.

Like, this family, it doesn’t stop. What the hell goes on with them? I mean, I get it. Actually, I want to talk—like my family, when they were going through divorces, it’s always been tumultuous. I mean, it’s not like calling the cops every five seconds and being financially destroyed. Well, actually, yeah, pretty financially destroyed. I guess it’s just different. It depends on who’s divorcing, but shit is hitting the fan and it’s been hitting the fan, and it’s going to keep hitting the fan. Now we have a parent fitness evaluator.

Okay, we’re going to move over to another family that’s probably equally just as chaotic. There’s a lot of drama. They were also financially not altogether anymore and maybe they should have had a parent fitness evaluator. We’re back to talk about the Chrisleys. Here we go.
